Please feel free to share the zoom link with others involved in the caregiver role of your loved one.

Is this billed through insurance?
This is not billed through insurance and is private pay only.

Can you evaluate my loved one with dementia?
I can not evaluate the individual with dementia or provide any medical advice or diagnosis.

Do you provide services on a repeated frequency?
Memorable Minds is available every step of the way and will be available on an as needed basis.

How much is a caregiver consultation?
Caregiver consultations are $150. This includes 45 minutes together with notes taken for you, a post consultation document with everything discussed in the meeting and any additional resources identified for you
